Diesel Series
Mounted ball bearings consist of two main parts: the ball bearing and the bearing housing. The mating surface between the bearing and the housing is spherical, allowing for automatic adjustment to compensate for misalignment. Bearing housings are classified by material and typically include cast iron, cast steel, and stamped steel housings. The maintenance-free ball bearing unit is pre-lubricated with high-quality lithium-based grease suitable for sealed bearings, ensuring long-term use. The bearing is equipped with a good sealing device, which prevents grease leakage and prevents external impurities, dust, and water from entering the bearing. During operation, the internally sealed grease rotates with the shaft, providing effective lubrication, eliminating the need for frequent relubrication.
Mounted ball bearings feature high load capacity, good self-aligning performance, high bearing housing strength, and interchangeable bearings.
